  3. (c.) Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicles.

Driver Requirements:

  2. (b.) Additional drivers must be approved and registered in advance.

Security Deposit:

  1. (a.) A security deposit is required at the time of booking and will be refunded upon the safe return of the vehicle.

Cancellation and Refund:

  2. (b.) Refunds are subject to deduction of any applicable fees.

Insurance:

  2. (b.) The user is responsible for any fines, penalties, or legal consequences resulting from their actions during the rental period.

Termination of Services:
